The following Terms and Conditions govern our relationship with our partners
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Daftra (“Company”, “we”, “our”) and third-party developers, partners, and service providers (“Partner”, “you”) who publish, integrate, or distribute applications (“App(s)”) through the Daftra Marketplace or otherwise interact with Daftra’s systems.
By participating in Daftra’s Partner Program or publishing Apps to the Daftra Marketplace, you agree to these Terms in addition to Daftra's General Terms of Service.
1.1. You must be a legally registered entity or individual with the authority to enter into binding contracts.
1.2. All partners must maintain accurate account and contact information with Daftra.
1.3. Daftra reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove partners or apps at its sole discretion.
2.1. Apps must comply with Daftra's technical and security guidelines.
2.2. Daftra may review, test, and request modifications before publishing any App.
2.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining your App's functionality, updates, and compatibility with Daftra's systems.
3.1. Apps must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
3.2. Apps must not include harmful code, unauthorized data collection, or activities that may harm Daftra's platform or customers.
3.3. Misleading, fraudulent, or abusive practices are strictly prohibited.
4.1. Access to customer data through Daftra APIs or integrations must comply with Daftra's privacy policy.
4.2. Partners may only use customer data for the purpose of delivering their App's functionality.
4.3. Partners must not sell, misuse, or disclose customer data without explicit consent.
5.1. If your App is paid, revenue sharing will follow Daftra's published commission structure.
5.2. Daftra may withhold payments in cases of dispute, fraud, or breach of terms.
6.1. You retain ownership of your App, but grant Daftra a license to host, distribute, and market it through Daftra's channels.
6.2. Daftra trademarks, branding, and materials may only be used with written authorization.
7.1. You are solely responsible for your App and its compliance with these Terms.
7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold Daftra harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your App or breach of these Terms.
8.1. Daftra may suspend or remove your App or Partner account at any time, with or without cause.
8.2. Upon termination, you must cease using Daftra's APIs, systems, and branding.
9.1. Daftra reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (or Daftra's jurisdiction of incorporation).
